About The Position

Do you have what it takes to manage complicated, global, open-source infrastructure? Potential candidates will need to be familiar with emerging technologies in the field and make decisions regarding the use of those technologies at Bionic. You will have the ownership of building tools that will ensure the delivery of our constantly growing services. From CI/CD and monitoring to multi-cloud infrastructure management tools while keeping high-security standards. You will have the opportunity to grow with us and take the opportunity to constantly improve while building the best product in the industry. Providing 100% uptime is considered a success (including during maintenance periods) and quick, automatic provisioning of resources while maintaining constant system reliability. Working closely with developers, QA engineers, architects, system, operations engineers and product.

What you will do?

  • Build and maintain highly available and scalable production systems.
  • Manage core production systems, including frequent changes and updates.
  • Rapidly identify and resolve problems in production systems.
  • Handle complex service faults.
  • Develop tools to improve our pipeline
  • Improve technologies and processes while maintaining a rapid delivery cycle.
  • Provide support during off hours (nights and weekends) when necessary.
  • Working closely with the infrastructure engineers to implement the tools to increase the team velocity and production system stability


  • At least 5 years experience developing and maintaining highly available production systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Public cloud development (AWS, Google) or private Clouds (OpenStack, VMWare).
  • Proficient with dynamic programming languages such as Python, Ruby or JavaScript. 
  • Knowledge in building simple and efficient CI/CD pipelines using systems such as CircleCI, Gitlab CI, Github actions etc. 
  • Experience with both relational and NoSql databases, knowledge in PostgreSQL is a big advantage
  • Practical experience using kubernetes, Helm and Docker.
  • Prior work experience in an Internet/SaaS company.
  • Team player who is eager to be an early adopter of new technologies.
  • Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills.
